Who we're looking for
No geography requirement, no alumni network required. Just the work.
- A First-Class or strong 2:1 Master's degree, or its international equivalent
- Strong analytical ability in your chosen stream, evidenced by your coursework or prior work
- Willingness to prove that ability directly, rather than rely on your CV alone
The 7-day practical assessment
Instead of rounds of interviews, you'll work through a real commercial problem from your chosen stream over seven days. It's the same kind of task you'd be doing on the job — so it tells us, and you, whether this is the right fit before either side commits.
Candidates from Europe, the Americas, Australia, Asia, and Africa have all gone through this process. What matters is the work you produce.
